The Story: J.Crew needed a refresh. As Director of Digital Content, I revamped J.Crew’s owned/paid online presence so its personality and purpose could shine through. From heritage, to workwear, to classic swim, I breathed new life into J.Crew while working with everyone from the global media agency to local influencers.

The Big Creative Shift: We’re selling a portfolio of lifestyle fantasies.

The Results: A cohesive brand narrative across all of J.Crew’s owned/paid digital channels for the first time, ever. And I helped drive the brand’s best back-to-back quarters since 2014.
