Verizon – iPhone 8 Launch

Role: Associate Director of Strategy

Verizon’s iPhone customers had an 92% loyalty rate with the Apple brand. So when Verizon launched the iPhone 8, we ditched the practical tech specs and the hard sell. As Associate Strategy Director, I had our team attack consumer overthinking with Verizon’s spokesperson, Thomas Middleditch, and “deep iPhone thoughts” was born. As the social team we had to piggyback off a TVC shoot and only had like an hour to capture everything! So I worked with the creative and production teams to establish the whole “inner monologue narration” approach, which is funny and a production efficiency.

Wine & Peace – Brand Launch

Role: Creative Director

I worked closely with the wine marketplace startup Wine & Peace to define their brand positioning, write their tagline, and create their first paid social ad campaign. Which helped them hit their first-year goal in four months. Cheers!
