The Story: Enterprise Mobility owns the Enterprise, Alamo, and National car rental brands. They had a lack of cohesion across brands, lines of business, and regions. And no centralized owner of voice/brand/content. So they came to my team to create a new voice and visual design system that unifies the different Enterprise Mobility brands’ comms. I co-led the creation of a playbook including differentiated brand voices and templates. Then we showed how this voice and design system scaled by bringing it to life across global B2C, B2B, and Corp Comms content.
